Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Denim that has been worn, soaked, washed, hemmed, altered, or damaged cannot be returned. Footwear must be returned in its original box with no sole wear or signs of use.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Please email returns@thestrongholdla.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. If we provide a return label, a $12 return label fee may be deducted from your store credit.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. Approved returns are issued as store credit or an exchange only.

Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued.

Stronghold will cover return shipping only if the wrong item was sent or if there was an error on our end.
